Export and the New Zealand market now demand Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) auditing to ensure produce is being grown and handled in a safe, sustainable way. Trevelyan’s qualified staff conduct annual GAP audits for each orchard to ensure we comply with customer standards for safe and sustainable horticulture, and to help you understand best practice.
Our site is compliant with BioGro New Zealand, BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, Coles Supermarket’s Supplier Approval Programme, and the Avocado Industry Council’s Food Safety Programme. Trevelyan’s also meet all regulatory requirements for the New Zealand Customs Service and the Ministry for Primary Industries.
